Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested in Kansas on suspicion of rape on Friday, September 7.
According to Sedgwick County Jail records, the 26-year-old athlete was booked at about 3:40am CT. The Wichita Eagle reported that his bond hadn’t been set.
The circumstances of Randle’s alleged crime are unclear. His victim’s identity is also unknown.

Joseph Randle has been dealing with legal issues since he left the Cowboys in 2015 and spent much of the last two years in jail or mental health facilities
This is one of many run ins with the law he’s had in recent years.
TMZ reported that at one point, Randle was arrested six times in 17 months. In some of the incidents, he was caught stealing items that included underwear and cologne while still signed to the Dallas Cowboys.
In another, he was accused of ripping a TV from the wall while in jail.
In June, Randle was sentenced to five years of probation following an incident at a house party in 2016. Randle was convicted of aggravated burglary and battery, criminal threat and possession of marijuana.
He’s said to have hit three people with his car in a fit of rage over a game of beer pong. Another player used a racial slur during the game, the Wichita Eagle reported.

Joseph Randle was a running back for the Dallas Cowboys. He was born on December 29, 1991 in Wichita, Kansas.
Before being drafted to the NFL in 2013, Randle played football for Oklahoma State. During his first year in college, Randle rushed 452 yards on 82 carries and two touchdowns.

In 2012 he rushed for 1,417 yards and scored 14 touchdowns.
He was drafted to the Dallas Cowboys in the fifth round in 2013. At first, he served as backup running back for DeMarco Murray.

The following year he was named backup to Murray again. He finished that season with 51 carries, 343 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
Despite two good seasons, Randle entered free agency in 2015. He started in the first six games for the Cowboys, but was injured.
Randle was demoted to reserve that season. Upon hearing the news, he left the teams facility and faced a possible suspension for doing so.
The Cowboys waived on Randle following the drama. Randle was suspended for four games for personal conduct violations.
Joseph has at least one child, a little boy called Daniel. He often posts pictures with two other small children that also appear to be his.
There are conflicting reports about whom Randle shares his child, or children, with. He's said to have children with a woman called Avina Rodriguez.
Another report from 247 Sports suggest's Dalia Jacobs is the mother of at least one of Randle's kids.
